We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced orders within 30 days of the date purchased. All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be attached.
To process your return / exchange, please email email@example.com stating: name, order number, a reason for refund or item you wish to exchange for as well as a return address. Corridor Life must authorize all returns / exchanges. Once approved, you will be given a return authorization number and Shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Corridor Life is not responsible for merchandise until it is received in our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please note this can take several business days. Corridor Life reserves the right to reject any returns / exchanges that do not comply with the conditions above.
